As from April 2019, we will not be accepting cash payments for school meals, after school clubs, trips, breakfast club or after school wrap around care.
When your child starts at school, if you have not been given a registration letter, please let the office know and we can arrange for one to be given to you. This letter gives you an invitation code to be able to register for SIMS Pay, which is the system we use for all payments. Once you have registered your child's SIMS Pay account, you will have to set up your own username and password, which you must keep safe as the school will not have access to your login details. We advise that you make a note of your username and password so that if your device is changed or deletes this information, you will still be able to access your account. You will then be able to see your child's account and be able to pay for items as necessary. You should have one log in and be able to see all the children from your family on this account.
If you forget your password, you will need to open SIMS Pay in a new browser, this is because if you try to open SIMS Pay in your usual way, it will keep trying to remember your details and will inform you that your account can not be found. You then need to input your username (this is the username you set up initially) and then follow the forgotten password link.
You will receive a verification code by your username and then be able to re set your password.
If you have done the above and are still not able to access your account. Please contact the school office and we may be able to delete the account and start the whole process again, depending on how many accounts have been previously generated.
