Watch the story of The Color Monster again.
Using the what makes me worksheet, ask your child to draw things that make them happy, sad, afraid or angry. Ideally, let them draw using coloured pencils that represent the different emotions: yellow for happy, blue for sad, red for angry and black for fear.
Once they’re done, encourage them to describe what they draw using sentences. Write them down on the worksheet.
If you need to, you can talk about the different emotions again using yesterday’s previous activity.
