WELL BEING

Learning at home instead of at school is very different from what we are used to, and can be difficult for both children and grown ups.  It is important that we all stay happy and safe during this lockdown, even though we might be feeling anxious, scared, angry or lonely sometimes.  Our well-being is important - that means how we feel about ourselves.  There are a number of things we can do to make sure that our well-being is good!  Here are some activities that you can try at home, by yourself or with your grown ups to keep you feeling calm and happy.
