Free School Meal (FSM) Provision for October Half Term 2025

Please note that children who are on the Kent Free School Meal Eligibility List (not the universal free meal for all children in KS1), will receive a £10 voucher for the duration of October half term.  These vouchers will be sent to you on Friday 17th October.  Please ensure that you click on the voucher and register as vouchers will be unassigned after a period of time.  If you believe your child to be eligible for receiving vouchers and you have not already done so, please register with Free School Meals - Kent County Council.  If you register when school is closed, you will not receive a voucher.  Any queries, please ring the office and speak to Karen.  Thank you.

SCHOOL MEALS

Parents and carers of children in all year groups can apply for free school meals if you are in receipt of Universal Credit, as you may be entitled for free school meals for your children.

All our meals are prepared fresh on-site each day by our Kitchen Team.  As well as the hot meal choices, children also have the choice of salad.  The cost of a school meal is £2.60 daily or £13.00 weekly, paid in advance using your online School Money account.  Children in classes R to year 2 receive the government funded universal free school meal.  Children in years 3 to 6 have to pay for meals through their child's School Money online account.  If you have any queries, please ring the office.  Thank you.

Please note that due to deliveries, the kitchen may occasionally have to change meals at short notice.  If this happens, the meal substituted will be from the menus advertised.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

You are able to check on your Arbor parent app for any dietary requirements we have recorded for your child.  If you are unable to change this yourself or would like to check, please speak to someone in the office.  Thank you.
