Contact With School
In the first instance, parents/carers are asked to discuss any issues or questions with their child's class teacher. You are able to do this at the end of a school day. You may also write a note in your child's contact book, or in their bag if they do not have a contact book.
If you then wish to discuss in more detail, the process is that you first speak to the Deputy Head, Miss Hart. If you feel that you still have not reached a satisfactory conclusion, you may then speak to the Head Teacher, Miss Sexton.
Miss Hart and Miss Sexton can be contacted via the admin email address; firstname.lastname@example.org This email will be forwarded to them by the office staff. You will receive a reply with 48 hours of your request, during the working week. This reply will also come via the admin email address.
It is school policy that no parents/carers have the Head Teacher, Deputy Head or Class Teachers direct email addresses.
Please also note that there are senior members of staff out on the gate every morning and after school, if you wish to discuss anything in person with them. Thank you.
