Contact With School
In the first instance, parents/carers are asked to discuss any issues or questions with their child's class teacher. You are able to do this at the end of a school day. You may also write a note in your child's contact book, or in their bag if they do not have a contact book.
If you then wish to discuss your issue with a more senior member of staff, the process is that you first speak to the Deputy Head, Miss Hart. If you feel that you still have not reached a satisfactory conclusion, you may then speak to the Head Teacher, Miss Sexton.
Miss Hart and Miss Sexton can be contacted via the admin email address; email@example.com This email will be forwarded to them by the office staff. You will receive a reply with 48 hours of your request, during the working week. This reply will also come via the admin email address.
It is school policy that no parents/carers have the Head Teacher, Deputy Head or Class Teachers direct email addresses.
Please also note that there is a senior member of staff out on the gate every morning and after school, if you wish to discuss anything in person with them.
