SCHOOL MEALS
Parents and carers of children in all year groups can apply for free school meals if you are in receipt of Universal Credit, as you may be entitled for free school meals for your children.

All our meals are prepared fresh on-site each day by our Kitchen Team. As well as the hot meal choices, children also have the choice of salad. The cost of a school meal is £2.60 daily or £13.00 weekly, paid in advance using your online School Money account. Children in classes R to year 2 receive the government funded universal free school meal. Children in years 3 to 6 have to pay for meals through their child's School Money online account. Menus for Term 5 & 6
Please note that due to deliveries, the kitchen may occasionally have to change meals at short notice. If this happens, the meal substituted will be from the menus advertised.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
You are able to check on your Arbor parent app for any dietary requirements we have recorded for your child. If you are unable to change this yourself or would like to check, please speak to someone in the office. Thank you.
Summer Holiday Club and vouchers
The amount set for the summer holiday duration is £80 per eligible child on the Free School Meal list. The vouchers will be sent to you by email / text message via the WONDE platform from Monday 21st July. The £80 per child is for the whole of the summer holidays. Please note that if you put an application in for free school meals during the summer holidays when school is closed, you will not receive a voucher for this holiday period.
If you have a child starting school in September and you have applied for them to join the Free School Meal eligibility list, they will not receive a voucher in the holidays as they are not full time until September.

Help with Accessing vouchers for HAF
The parent will need to click on the link received and create their account. They will then have access to their 16 digit code to book onto activities. If you are still having troubles, please email support@evouchers.com so the redeem link can be resent.
