After School Clubs
Term 1 After School Clubs Timetable - starting week commencing 16th September 2024
Please note that after school clubs finish at 4.15pm. We do not have any after school care facility to be able to have children after this time. Please can you ensure that you are able to collect your child for 4.15pm before booking them onto a club. Thank you.
Please note that after school clubs are available on a first come first serve basis as numbers are limited.
You will only be able to book your child onto a club which is for their year group. Please ensure you read any emails from School Money and check your child's balance, as occasionally payment has been taken just as someone else has booked the last space, this payment then sits on your child's account in credit and you will receive an email, stating that you were unsuccessful as the club is full. If you see a credit on your child's balance, this could be why.
Please check with your child before you book them onto a space.
You will receive a text message when the booking process is open and you will be able to book your child onto their chosen club until it is full.
Please check to see if School Money have sent you an email.
Please also remember that you must book your child onto clubs using your School Money account as this also gives consent for your child to attend.
If your child is not in school on the day of their club, refunds will not be made. If you have any queries, please contact school. Thank you.
