At Westcourt we have begun a journey of transforming our playtimes. We believe that playtimes are an important part of every child’s development and by the time a child leaves primary school they have spent 1.4 years of their life having playtime!
Opal’s vision is ‘that every child in every school has an amazing hour of high-quality play every day – with no exceptions.’
At Westcourt we have began a partnership with Opal to ensure that all children thrive during playtimes. We are gradually beginning to make changes to our playtimes, which we know the children will share with you! On this page we will post updates about changes that are happening so that you are kept informed at home.
