The last homework assembly of the year!
Thu 20 Jul 2017This morning during assembly the children were able to present their work which they have been doing at home. Well done to everyone who completed this term's homework. -
Year 4 trip to Wildwood
Fri 14 Jul 2017Canada class had the fantastic opportunity to visit Wildwood today. They took part in CSI Wildwood, 'who killed Mr. Bunny?'. This involved a scientific investigation which all the children enjoyed. There were also plenty of animals to see including, bears, wolves and deers. Canada class also enjoyed a talk all about the Bulgarian bears and were able to watch them being fed.
Canada class were also congratulated on their excellent behaviour during the CSI investigation by the staff at Wildwood.

Norway and Italy Class Family Assembly
Fri 14 Jul 2017We were treated to a super-sized family assembly today when Norway AND Italy (Reception) shared their family assembly. The whole school, and lots of parents too, enjoyed finding out about their learning which included the stories Little Red Hen and Jack and the Beanstalk. We also found out about their visits to the Forest School and were entertained with a very catchy song about Jack and the Beanstalk. -
Year 2 family assembly
Thu 06 Jul 2017Australia class presented their assembly today to the school and their parents. They have been working on writing their own alien stories as well as making 3D models out of clay. -
Year 6 Safety in Action
Thu 06 Jul 2017Yesterday, Sri Lanka class attended a Safety in Action day. They visited different tents that taught them about safety in different situations, such as, railway safety. Some workshops allowed them to get some hands on experience by putting their fellow peers into the recovery position. The children gained a lot from this experience and enjoyed their day out! -
Jungle Book work from the week
Mon 03 Jul 2017After a wonderful week learning all about Jungle Book, the children shared the work they have produced over the last week, during this morning's assembly. From the work they shared, they seem to have thoroughly enjoyed learning about this week's topic in English and other subjects. -
Jungle Book comes to town
Mon 26 Jun 2017This morning we had the amazing opportunity to watch a theatre production of this week's school topic, The Jungle Book, which the children enjoyed thoroughly!! This will form the basis for a variety of English learning throughout the rest of the week. Next Monday, all the work achieved will be shared. Thank you Miss Fish for organising this exciting event! -
Year 3 family assembly
Fri 23 Jun 2017This morning in Egypt's family assembly, year 3 told us all about what they had been learning during their art lessons this term. On display were some real life paintings of flowers and cleverly made poppies. -
Year 6 visit the Zoo
Mon 19 Jun 2017Year 6 visited the zoo on Wednesday 14th November. They were finding out about animal habitats, linked to their topic in Science of 'Classifying Critters'.We were all lucky enough to see the baby rhino :)
