We all enjoyed looking at more Creative Homework from Key Stage 2 today.  There was work about the Stone Age, Ancient Greece and invented gardens based on 'Tom's Midnight Garden'.  Thank you to all the family members who helped to make these wonderful creations.  Take a closer look at the pictures below.

In assembly today, the children from Year 1 and Year 2 shared their wonderful creative homework.  With work on the local area of Gravesend and the Antarctica, we were treated to some fantastic creations.  Take a look at the pictures!  Well done everyone!

Thank you to all the parents and carers who came and took part in our annual Christmas Card competition.  All the children had a lot of creative fun and making their cards.  We were amazed by the interesting and original ideas that the children had this year.  In assembly this week, the winning entries were shared and celebrated.  Well done everyone - it definitely made everyone feel very Christmassy!

Year 5 had a great afternoon making their clocks as part of their 'Time after Time' topic.  Thank you to all the family members who came in to help!

Year 3 (Egypt Class) have had fun create Stonehenge silhouettes as part of their Stone Age topic.  See more on our class page in the section for children.

We had an outbreak of spots in school today...but luckily it was all for a good cause!  Everyone came to school dressed in something spotty to raise money for Children in Need.  Well done everyone and we look forward to finding out how much money we have raised!

Wear something spotty for Children in Need day on Wednesday 14th November.  Wear a spotty top, spotty leggings, a hair band, have a colourful spotty face, you decide.  Please pay £1. 

To mark the centenary of the end of World War I, the whole school helped to create this stunning display for the main reception area.  Every child in the school created a poppy for the display.
